Winchester Gardens is proud to welcome its new Senior Director of Dining Services, Pnina Peled. Chef Pnina is a renowned culinary expert with a  rich background  in both the restaurant and healthcare industries. Trained at the Institute of Culinary Education, she honed her skills and expertise at iconic New York City eateries, including Becco and Eleven Madison Park.

Chef Pnina made a transition to healthcare food services by serving as Executive Chef at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, where she revolutionized resident dining.

She has received widespread recognition for her culinary excellence and humanitarian efforts – she was a winner of Food Network’s hit series “Chopped,” appeared on MSNBC, and featured in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.

Her specialties include designing personalized menus in collaboration with dietitians to meet residents’ dietary needs while providing comfort, healing, and nutritious health.

We are happy to have Chef Pnina at Winchester Gardens and look forward to her wonderful culinary contributions.
