About Our Nonprofit Life Plan Community
Live worry-free at Winchester Gardens, a Life Plan Community.
Winchester Gardens is steeped in history. Since 1927, our nonprofit retirement community has served generations of residents who’ve discovered a luxury lifestyle surrounded by 37 acres of lush landscaping. Our Great Hall was designed by famed architect John Russell Pope, and our breathtaking gardens were crafted by the Olmsted Brothers, whose father designed Central Park in New York City.
This purposeful design extends to our mission that ensures residents always come first. That means they enjoy our stimulating environment full of engaging activities, or kick back in their spacious villa or charming senior apartment home. And because we’re a Life Plan Community, residents also gain a smart plan if their health needs ever change, with priority access to a continuum of care and supportive services.
