U.S. News evaluated more than 15,000 nursing homes on resident care and safety, infection rates, staffing, health inspection results, and other indicators of quality for this updated report. Only 19% of skilled nursing facilities nationwide earned the “Best Nursing Home” designation.

Winchester Gardens’ High-Performance rating in short-term rehabilitation is based on U.S. News’ assessment of ten quality measures focused on staffing, medical outcomes, resident complaints, and processes of care. U.S. News used scientific literature review, discussions with industry experts, and statistical modeling to select these measures.
This independent survey of Winchester Gardens’ healthcare program reaffirms the work excellence of the community’s clinical staff and rehabilitation team.
