We offer entrance fee funding options that let you move when you’re ready, giving you time to wait for the right buyer to purchase your home. This can help alleviate the need to liquidate other assets, potentially avoiding heavy tax consequences.

The Move-in Coordinator at Winchester Gardens will work directly with you, selecting the products and finishes associated with any renovations to be completed in your new home. We offer a wide variety of flooring, cabinet, and countertop options to help you choose a color scheme that suits your unique tastes.
