Executive Director
Susan is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of Winchester Gardens, a position she’s held since 2014. With 38 years of experience in leadership roles, she has worked for both large, non-profit organizations and smaller social ministries. Her career has focused on providing a wide range of services, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing care, assisted living, residential accommodations, and various home and community-based services such as home care, skilled home health, hospice, and adult day services.
Susan holds a degree in Gerontology from Bowling Green State University and is a licensed nursing home administrator in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is an active member of the LeadingAge PA community, serving on the board of directors and as a member of the Strategic Advisory Committee.

Terry leads the sales and marketing efforts for Winchester Gardens, a position she’s held since 2019. She oversees admissions, marketing, and community engagement initiatives—helping prospective residents and families discover the exceptional care and lifestyle the community offers.
Terry was instrumental in driving a successful campaign to revitalize the facility’s fitness center in 2023. With her leadership and collaboration alongside the Springpoint Foundation, more than 50 community members raised over $60,000. The renovated fitness center now beautifully accommodates modern equipment and group activities, serving as a hub for wellness and connection within the community.
Terry was instrumental in driving a successful campaign to revitalize the facility’s fitness center in 2023. Galina serves as the Business Office Facilitator at Winchester Gardens. In this key role within the administrative team, she ensures the smooth operation of financial and logistical processes that support residents’ experience and the overall well-being of the community. Galina coordinates with leadership across all departments to align business office functions with broader community goals while upholding strict standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and compassionate service.
