The Health Center at Winchester Gardens is designed to bring you the level of care you need, while residing in the community you call home.

Managed by a licensed nursing home administrator, the Health Center provides services such as a 24-hour nurse call response system, dietary and medication monitoring, a monthly wellness review, and supervision of bathing and dressing, as needed. Our staff works closely with your physician, and our licensed nursing staff is on-site around the clock. An added benefit: our medical director is on-staff, to ensure a high caliber of care.
