Winchester Gardens is accredited by the Commission of Rehabilitation Facilities/Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CARF-CCAC) — the only international accrediting body for continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs). Before awarding accreditation, CCAC reviews all facets of a community’s amenities, services, accommodations, management and long-term financial reliability. The CCAC “Seal of Approval” is a mark of quality, awarded to only about 15% of all continuing care communities nationwide. In keeping with our transparency policy, Winchester Gardens makes required disclosures such as Form 990 and disclosure statements readily available upon request.
